finally, after 4 months of waiting, i was finally interviewed by my bosses for the Level-2 specialist that i applied for. i was actually surprised by our manager when she asked me to stay a bit longer cuz i will be interviewed a couple of nights ago. i was even more surprised when they told me that it's going to be a panel interview!!! i was not prepared for what was about to happen but then i need to push trough with it for the sake of my career.

so their they were, all three supervisers on the other side of the table. i think i kept on fidgeting cuz i was really uncomfirtable and nervous of their questions. boss rich said to skip the introduction since they already know me. we proceeded to a battery of Q and A's. it's official: i need to work on my thoughts so that i don't just blabber endlessly and go around in circles. well, the interview i think went pretty well and right now i'm crossing my fingers for the results.
